Tahnee is an RRCA certified coach with 6+ years of endurance running experience. Her ideal clients are brand new runners who want to train for their first 5Ks, as well as more experienced runners looking to take time off of their PRs.
In the past 6 years, Tahnee has completed 4 Chicago Marathons, 1 Marine Corps Marathon, 1 Ultra Marathon, several half marathons and countless shorter distance races. On top of being a runner herself, she has paced runners to complete their first half marathons and 5Ks.
Outside of coaching and teaching, Tahnee spends her days at a consulting firm and her evenings eating donuts or hanging out with her cats. Tahnee is a big believer that fitness is and should be for everyone. We are all athletes.
