Rest Days


i know rest days are important and this Sunday I am running a half so they are utterly important, but they still stink. I'd rather be working out and I find it frustrating that I'm not working out right now because my body is sore. I understand that I sound crazy right now because sore means your body is repairing from being ripped apart... I am just whining.In non-why news I had a great 10 miler this past weekend and got to see some adorable baby geese as I was finishing up and heading home. 

   Sunday will be good. But why can't our bodies just do everything without needing to rest? Silly non-robot body.
