I’m a certified group fitness, personal trainer and running coach based in Chicago. I joined my first group fitness class in 2013 and two years later knew that my heart wanted to bring my joy for fitness and running to others. My personal fitness belief is to find your why. Your why is going to be the thing that pushes you in a class, pushes you in training, pushes you in a race and pushes you in life. Maybe your why changes everyday, and that's OK.
I am here to motivate you along your journey to your healthy and happy place... and maybe talk about unicorns, donuts, and cats along the way.
